Do I need a family doctor to use the walk-in clinic?
No. The walk-in clinic is open to everyone. Register online before you come in, or call the clinic during opening hours.
How do I become a patient of Dr. Stephen Osei-Osafo?
Dr. Osei-Osafo is accepting new patients. Complete the new patient waitlist form online and our team will contact you when a space is available.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online at any time, or call (604) 303-6342 Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are closed on weekends and BC statutory holidays.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. There is no charge with 24 hours' notice. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a $40 fee.
Can I get a prescription refill by telehealth?
Yes. Prescription refills and medication management are common reasons for a telehealth visit. Book a telehealth appointment online or call the clinic.
What should I bring to my visit?
Please bring your BC Services Card, a list of your current medications, and any recent test results or records from another clinic.
What languages does the team speak?
Our team speaks English, Punjabi, Hindi and more. Let us know when you book if you would like care in another language.
Is there a pharmacy nearby?
Yes. Pharmasave is right next door to the clinic.
What if it is an emergency?
Call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department. For health advice 24 hours a day, call HealthLink BC at 8-1-1.
