Our full-service walk-in clinic is open to everyone, whether or not you have a family doctor. Register online before you come in to save time.

  • Urgent but non-emergency illness, such as colds, flu, infections and rashes
  • Minor injuries, such as sprains, cuts and burns
  • Prescription refills
  • Medical notes
  • Vaccinations
  • Basic lab work

Pharmasave pharmacy is located right next door, so you can fill a prescription on your way home.

Walk-in spaces are limited each day and are seen in order of registration. For chest pain, trouble breathing or any emergency, call 9-1-1.

Do I need a family doctor to use the walk-in clinic?

No. The walk-in clinic is open to everyone. Register online before you come in, or call the clinic during opening hours.

What should I bring to my visit?

Please bring your BC Services Card, a list of your current medications, and any recent test results or records from another clinic.

Is there a pharmacy nearby?

Yes. Pharmasave is right next door to the clinic.

What if it is an emergency?

Call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department. For health advice 24 hours a day, call HealthLink BC at 8-1-1.

Appointment cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. There is no charge with 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments, or those cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, are charged a $40 fee.
