Telehealth Appointments
Telehealth lets you speak with a physician from home, work or wherever you are in BC. Same-day telehealth appointments are offered when available.
Telehealth is a good fit for
- Prescription refills and medication management
- Follow-up visits and chronic disease care
- Mental health consultations
- General health concerns and medical advice
If the physician needs to examine you in person, our team will arrange a clinic visit.
Telehealth is not suitable for emergencies. Please have your BC Services Card ready and be somewhere private for your appointment.
Common questions
Can I get a prescription refill by telehealth?
Yes. Prescription refills and medication management are common reasons for a telehealth visit. Book a telehealth appointment online or call the clinic.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online at any time, or call (604) 303-6342 Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
What if it is an emergency?
Call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department. For health advice 24 hours a day, call HealthLink BC at 8-1-1.
Appointment cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. There is no charge with 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments, or those cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, are charged a $40 fee.
