Sullivan Medical Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy of our patients. We collect, use and disclose personal information only as needed to provide care and in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act and the professional obligations of our physicians.
Your health information
Your medical record is kept confidential and secure. It is accessed only by the care team involved in your care, or as required or permitted by law. You may ask to see or get a copy of your record by contacting the clinic.
Online booking and the waitlist
Online booking is provided through Cortico and the new patient waitlist through Ocean by CognisantMD. Both are secure platforms used by clinics across Canada, and information you submit goes directly to our clinic.
This website
This website does not ask for health information. Messages sent through the contact forms are emailed to our administrative team. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. The embedded map and Google reviews are provided by Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant on this website answers general questions using only the information published on this website. Questions typed into the chat are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to write a reply and are not stored by the clinic. Please do not enter personal health information in the chat. If you choose "Send a message to the clinic", your name, contact details and message are emailed to the clinic inbox for the topic you pick.
Email is not a secure way to send health information. Please call the clinic or book an appointment instead.
